SERVICES FOR COMPANIES

The Product & Service Innovation Lab is a business project acceleration program, designed to offer both targeted support and new skills to potential innovators within companies. The course focuses on entrepreneurship, strategic innovation and realization of ideas through cutting-edge design methodologies.

Participants will be able to work on projects of their interest while learning how to apply entrepreneurial ways of working (“lean startup”) to any project context.

We help local companies in the development of technological and service innovation projects, in collaboration with the startups in our network.

Our approach starts with an analysis of innovation needs in order to precisely identify the problem or need to be addressed: we can intervene on either organizational, service and technological innovation needs, on product development, on inquiring about investment opportunities. We then carry out scouting to find the most suitable partners and eventually help in structuring the collaboration and project.

Drawing on our experience in Design Thinking and Business Design methodologies, we help companies in exploring new market opportunities to develop new products and services, as well as in conducting organisational innovation processes.
